I'm looking to have a software project created. The software will have a dashboard that people will sign onto and they will supply a Target website URL that can be put into a search block, and then they will put ther own website URL in another search block. What I want to happen is when anytime that anyone on the web goes to the target website, and they click the red X to close the page, your own website will be underneath the targeted website. This would allow people to get traffic from other website without highjacking them, it will just allow them to get traffic from other sites that they chose to link behind.
