Required is code to run on an atmega 328p Using an analogue input sample this and convert to j1939 messages to advertise the TPS (throttle position) to a TCM. There also needs to be a menu on the serial port which can be used for calibration not the TPS and store this in NV memory. Also required is the option to set destination and source address. Using a J1939 CAN Bus datalink as input, the task is to extract a specific data set (flow rate) from that datalink and dynamically feed this flow rate data into a PLC for processing. We are currently using a Click PLC (from Koyo/AutomationDirect) for processing. We need guidance on what hardware to use for the extraction as well writing as any software / coding needed. We will have access to the proprietary protocol used for that specific CAN Bus datalink.
