System I'm using is arcmap 10.8. Need help with a special tool that will offset point shapefile to nearest polyline at a specific azimuth ( for example east or west to nearest polyline) and search radius distance. Arcmap has a tool that will offset points but they are offset at random azimuth. This tool is called Near (Analysis) (Tool). I would need this tool to be able to move the points at nearest polyline at desired azimuth only and specified radius only. Also i would need to offset any points inside any polygon, at specific azimuth (east or west) and radius distance.

I am looking for someone to query an API (I have working code which returns the data), display this data as polylines on a Google map. There will be multiple vehicle tracks to be shown and I only require to show the data for the past 6 hours with the polyline being colour coded depending on the age of the track, i.e. up to 1 hour in Green, between 1 hour and 2 hours in yellow, between 2 and 3 hours in red, over 3 hours in black. Ideally if possible I would like each point on the polyline to be able to show an info bubble if clicked which shows other data from the API response. The latest point should display an icon. Using the supplied pdf map, digitise 3 layers. 1. Regions: Rill or severe erosion. There are at least 50 regions to digitise . Black thin outline, no fill color. 2. Polyline: Gully Erosion. There are hundreds of stream segments in blue on the map. Blue thin polyline. 3. Point: Land Slip. There are few hundred of these. Point Symbol to be black in color. Symbol black square. The supplied pdf map contains about 1000 landslip points and a similar number of stream segments marked in blue as gully erosion. The yellow polygons marked as rill erosion might be 100 or so. Initial estimate for time 2-3 hrs for the landslip points, same for gully erosion polylines and 1 hour for yellow rill erosion shapes.
