We have been working with Quickbase for some years to develop applications for internal use and for our clients. We need a Quickbase database which will be based on the Real Estate templates provided by Quickbase and customised to our needs, including our reporting requirements. The database will primarily be used for management reporting on rents received, void periods and other performance measures. It will also act as repository for key data on properties and tenancies.
