Need to build a Windows service using Python3 that runs after startup with an icon in taskbar showing it running. The service will lock the screen after X amount of time. To unlock screen a cryptographic credential will need to be verified. This credential should be a X509 certificate. Any X509 certificate submitted will have to be verified over standard Windows PIV protocol (i.e. using attached smart card).
