I’m opening a new restaurant in Serbia and I want the kitchen led by someone who truly understands Serbian cuisine yet isn’t afraid to give it a contemporary twist. Your core strength should be modern Serbian fusion—think traditional flavors presented with fresh techniques and plating that excites today’s diners. I’m looking for a mid-level chef with roughly 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a professional kitchen. If you have already worked in busy, high-volume environments, all the better, but the real priority is creativity, consistency, and an instinct for local ingredients. You will design the menu, cost the dishes, supervise a small brigade, and maintain top hygiene standards. Being comfortable experimenting with Mediterranean or broader intern...

Hello, I’m interested in helping you translate and adapt your cultural guide about 8 regional Chinese dishes. What caught my attention is that this project is not simply a word-for-word translation. The stories behind these dishes are just as important as the food itself, so the Chinese version needs to feel natural, warm, and culturally respectful. I can adapt your English source material into fluent Simplified Chinese that is easy and enjoyable for a general Chinese reader to understand. I will focus on preserving the original meaning while making the wording feel natural in Chinese, rather than sounding like machine translation. Here is a short sample based on your provided material: 麻婆豆腐｜四川 四川麻婆豆腐以独特的麻辣风味闻名。相传，这道菜诞生于19世纪，由一位脸上带有麻子的女性创制，因此得...

...elegance for the name “Signature G&G.” The word “Signature” must be the undisputed focal point, rendered in a simple-yet-modern, natural calligraphy that feels like a real, handwritten signature. Think fluid strokes, subtle flourishes and refined thin-to-thick variation—beautiful to look at but always crystal-clear to read. “G&G” sits beneath or beside it as the supportive element in a classic, traditional serif. The overall composition should remain spacious and minimalist, with no icons or spa clichés—just typography that breathes exclusivity. Colour flexibility is essential. The artwork must look flawless in: • rich black • pure white • a subtle champagne gold And because the mark will be ...

Deliverables: • An up-scaled or otherwise enhanced video segment where the plate is legible • ...

I'm helping a family organize their recipe collection. My grandmother left behind decades of handwritten recipe notes — some in notebooks, some on loose paper, a few typed but with handwritten corrections. They're all in Chinese, and I need them digitized into a clean, editable Word document. If the $20 bid fee is a problem, you can apply using the PDF/docs attached to this project. This isn't a creative writing job. It's about accuracy and completeness. I need every ingredient, every measurement, every handwritten note captured correctly. Stains, torn edges, and fading ink don't matter — just the text. Some recipes use local terms and measurements that might not be standard Mandarin. That's fine — I need them transcribed exactly as ...

...quantitative finance. The current README does the job, but its introduction and high-level overview feel dated and don’t capture the project’s recent growth. I need those two sections rewritten so that a first-time visitor immediately understands: • the purpose and scope of the list • what sets it apart from other AI-in-finance collections • how the content is organised (main categories, Chinese mirror, media assets, contribution flow) • who should use it—researchers, quants, hobbyists, students—and why Keep everything in one Markdown file, preserving existing badges, heading hierarchy and links. The tone should remain friendly yet authoritative, with concise language and up-to-date terminology (DRL, Gymnasium, JAX/PyTorch, bac...

I’m planning a family-style anniversary celebration and need a photographer who can move easily between candid storytelling and classic, posed shots. The reception and party will run for roughly six hours, so your coverage should comfortably fit within the 4–8-hour window. What I’m after: • A balanced mix of candid moments and traditional portraits • High-resolution, color-corrected images (please include any light retouching you normally provide) • A short highlight video—around 5 to 10 minutes—cut from the key moments of the evening The entire project has a fixed budget of 8000, and I’m happy to break that into sensible milestones for shooting and post-production. ...Photoshop compositing of a family photograph I have one master family photograph plus individual high-resolution photos of approximately 12 family members who need to be integrated into the master photograph. Critical requirement: preserve the existing people exactly. Do NOT regenerate, de-age, beautify, replace or otherwise alter their faces, ages, clothing or positions. This should be done using traditional Photoshop layers, masking and manual compositing, NOT AI regeneration of the entire photograph. Added people must look naturally photographed in the same scene: correct scale, perspective, lighting, colour, shadows, proportions and edge/hair masking. This is an important family memorial photograph, so facial identity preservation is more important than speed. I would like to...

I have a commercial building concept that now needs a fully-realised 3D elevation. The look I’m after blends modern lines with a few traditional touches, so the final design should feel contemporary yet timeless—think sleek materials paired with subtle classic detailing rather than a pure glass box or an ornate façade. You’ll receive my floor plans and rough massing sketches as soon as we start. From those, I need you to: • Build the exterior model in the software you’re most comfortable with—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender, or a comparable tool—so long as the file can be exported for future edits. • Apply materials, lighting, and environmental context to bring the mixed aesthetic to life; daytime renders are essential, dusk...

We're fIDent, an early-stage fintech backed by NUS and Ripple, building alternative credit scoring for gig workers in Southeast Asia. Beyond those elements, I’m happy for you to propose composition concepts, mascots, ribbons, or any other vintage devices that tie everything together. ...
