We have TopShine VT1000 GPS vehicular tracking device communicating via TCP Socket protocol. Its protocol implementation is somewhat similar to Meiligao / Meitrack VT310. I need someone to take the OpenGTS Device Communication Server 'Template' and modify to work with our devices.

We have vehicular GPS Tracker devices TopShine VT1000. It has similar protocol as Meiligao / Meitrack VT310. We need it to work I need to write a GPS Socket server to listen out to this traffic at using TCP Socket protocol. It will listen to a TCP Port and should support multiple devices at the same time. It has to handle device Login Commands and retrieval of raw GPS data as a string. See attached for protocol implementation. The technology will be .NET to be compiled as a Windows Service Application running on Windows Server 2008 and above.

KBS GPS Tracking Project Phase 1. Setup and test DCSs for Meitrack VT310/MVT380, Teletonika FM4200. We have already opengts and it working with vt310 version one which is old. We added more modules like VT310 ((Meiligao Protocol) and we dont see the cars.
