I’ll share a quick sketch of the existing elevation and would like to develop a modern concept that breaks up the massing, introduces texture, and makes the building stand out from the street. Concrete will remain the base structure, yet I’m open to inventive cladding or screening ideas that sit proudly on, or just off, the surface—perforated metal panels, ultra-clear glazing accents, or anything else that feels fresh are all possibilities.
