I need to have a complete building plan (Archi Plan, Structural Plan, calculations and Title 24 ) for my projects to be approved by the city. 1. Building Plan to build a 1000 sq. ft. - 3 bedroom 2 bath ADU in the backyard. 2. Building Plan to add ~495 sq. ft. - 3 bedroom 2 bath and a laundry area to the rear of the existing house.
