I need to upgrade Moodle. We currently have Moodle 3.2. I need it to upgrade to 3.9 and then to latest stable version of 4. The site is live, so you will need to transfer to a subdomain or have a duplicate in a different folder with new database (we can discuss this) Test all functionality and update if needs be (particularly theme if needs be) Once the test site is upgraded and tested to ensure everything works well, migrate to live.
