Looking to create and add to Outlook folders based on job #'s that are specified within email subject lines. Email subject lines contain something like "ABC-##-##-Z##" with different #'s based on different jobs. For example, if I get an email that contains the following subject: "Following up on your request for ABC-03-24-Z01", I would like that email to be be automatically moved to an "ABC-03-24-Z01" folder. If no "ABC-03-24-Z01" exist, a new folder should be created.

I have excel spreadsheet saved in onedrive for business. It has some column Class name And other columns Class capacity Remaining seats I want to show only the remaining seats with the class name. But i want to use the spreadsheet as data source as few users can update seats remaning. Then we display the results only for remaning seats nicely on screen in hall way. So its similer to evnts but we have morning classes and evenings classes one sheet that has all info. We have big tv that we like to show which class is still has sests so we can focus on gettig the sests filled. It must refersh every 10 min. For accuracy
