Good Morning, We need someone to do some data entry for us. We have 900 photos which need to be added to some reports using word or excel (your choice) all photos are currently referenced by a number/filename - The photos are currently sorted in folders (40) each folder will have a document that need have the photos of each folder added. Row A - File Name, Row B Photo, (Row C and D are areas we will edit. I know using excel this can be automated i am unsure about this so how ever you get these into a document and to complete the works is up to you All photos will be available on SharePoint. Have a sharepoint list with shipping carrier tracking numbers (FEDEX, UPS, USPS). List includes ID, Tracking number, Status (No shipped, In Route, Delivered, Exception), Date Delivered, Received by, Last Check. Looking for an automation to scan the list for all entries not showing as delivered yet, and update the tracking info, including Last Check. If the tracking status is showing as delivered, then date delivered and received by would be updated also. Automation to be ran on schedule. Depending on impact -- daily or as frequent as ever 15 minutes/hourly. Needs to work with 3 common carries (Fedex, usps, ups). NOt sure if best to scrap info from web, or try to integrate to sites with API. I'm not familiar with process of either.
