Produce a proof of concept android cell phone application. I will test by installing and running it on my Samsung Galaxy phone. It should have three text boxes: 1. cell number 2. text message 3. internet URL to an image. A "send" button will send the text with the image attachment to the cell number. This must be accomplished using the Android O/S. It should not use any third party server, such as Twilio. My test will be on a cell with the mobile connection via TMobile.
