2d animation test -- 2

I need 2d animator to complete animation that I have already complete the movement(like walking anim,breathe anim) and all details are drawn in 1st frame. The anim must plays smoothly from start to finish, it should not shake when playjng. Instructions: 1-Open the test anim file, inside it, you'll find a folder named "Tail Copy". Click on the arrow so it'll open. 2-Inside this folder, there are several child folders, look for the one highlighted with green. This is the folder where you have to draw for 16 frames. 3-The part to draw is the brown color on the left ear(take the pipette tool to copy the color),. Follow the animation logic and movement to adjust position and size. 4-You have to draw until frame 16 included. 5-once you finish, send me the file. All work must be done in Clip Studio Paint I’ll supply: • The CSP file with the first frame fully inked and colored Deliverable: the completed .csp file with all frames.
