2D Comedy Cartoons Needed

I run a small, comedy-focused YouTube channel and I’m looking for a Pakistan-based 2D animator who can bring light-hearted stories to life on a tight budget. Each video should feel professionally animated yet simple enough to keep production agile and affordable. Here is what I have in mind: • Genre & tone: short, punchy comedy stories suitable for all ages. • Format: 16:9, Full HD (1080p), 24 fps, delivered as an .mp4 ready for upload. • Length: roughly 3–5 minutes per episode. • Scripting: I’ll share rough ideas and outlines; you’ll handle or co-handle the final script and visual storytelling. • Production tools: Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, or any 2D package you’re comfortable with—as long as the final file looks clean and lively. • Frequency: once we click, I’d like to move toward a consistent release schedule. • Budget: limited, so creative work-arounds and efficient workflows are appreciated.
