Raw dimensions often don't say where edges are rounded or which faces meet. A shaded 3D solid shows those gaps sooner than a flat plan does. I'd build one part in full first. That means the 3D solid and the 2D sheet with layers and dimensions set. You'd mark up the DWG and PDF before the rest follow the same setup. I draft in AutoCAD and model in SolidWorks too. Revised DWG and PDF come back together after each markup and small ones take a day. What are the parts and how many are there? Is there a layer or title block standard I should match?
