I'm ready to pull a permit for a 10'-wide, 6'-tall double shadowbox gate and need a certified architectural drawing that the building department will approve without questions. The gate’s primary role is privacy, so the design can stay clean and functional—no decorative flourishes required. I plan to build it in pine. Key specifications to capture in the plan: 4x4 posts set in 10" diameter concrete footers, each of the two 5' gate leaves framed with 2x4s and a diagonal brace, plus two 24" ground down-rods per leaf for extra support. I also need hardware locations and any structural notes that confirm the assembly will hold up to typical wind loads. Please deliver a stamped PDF (and, if possible, the original CAD file) that includes elevations, sections, material call-outs, and brief structural calculations.
