Convert Commercial PDF Plans to CAD

I have a full set of PDF plans and elevations of a commercial building that need to be redrawn in CAD. The end product must open flawlessly in DWG and look exactly like the original sheets while following our in-house drafting rules. We will provide sample cad with layers and colors as well as door blocks, and CTB file for printing. You will receive: • The PDFs (plans, elevations, and any schedules shown) • Our reference CAD template so you can match the company standards I’ve checked below. Key standards to match • Layer naming conventions • Line types and weights • Dimension styles and units Scope of work 1. Trace or intelligently convert every element—walls, openings, grids, annotations, and symbols—into the correct layers from our template. 2. Maintain true scale throughout; all dimensions in metric as shown. 3. Clean, logical layering so I can toggle disciplines on/off without re-work. 4. Deliver a single consolidated DWG (no Xrefs needed at this stage) that prints correctly from Model or Paper Space using our CTB. 5.IMPORTANT- needs to be in inches and foot, NOT metric. I will review the first floor plan once you finish it; after approval, proceed with the remaining sheets. Message me if anything on the PDFs is illegible so I can supply clearer scans or additional notes. Deliverables • Final DWG file, ready to plot • Any support CTB/STB files if you create new ones • A brief change log if you encounter and resolve discrepancies CAD file should have the plans and elevations layout in Paper space ready to print on 24 x 36 pages. Once the DWG plots cleanly to PDF with correct line weights, layers, and dimensions, the project is complete. Note that the scope of work portions to draft are only the ones inside the red lines in the PDF. Some details are not necessary.
