Firebun Kitchen Plan Update -- 2

I’m taking over a former Chick-fil-A stall inside Four Seasons Mall (Greensboro, NC) and rebranding it as Firebun. The hood, sinks, plumbing, counters, and most fixtures stay exactly where they are; the only additions are a couple of refrigerators and grills, so there are no structural changes involved. The health department will only approve the space once they receive fresh commercial kitchen drawings that reflect Firebun’s equipment and workflow. I need a clean, professional update of the 2009 plans that shows exactly what is staying, what is leaving, and where the new gear goes.
