For this I need a UK-based professional familiar with the Lawful Development Certificate process and the drawing standards required by Cherwell District Council. Deliverables • Existing and proposed plans, elevations and sections at the level of “detailed plans with fixtures”. • A clear, Planning-Portal-ready block/site plan. • Optionally, full preparation and electronic submission of the LDC application (forms, statements and upload).
