±2mm in model space is a tight but workable tolerance once the sketches are scaled against a known dimension on the title block - I'd flag any sketch where that reference dimension is missing since it throws off the whole layer. I've built chertyozhi uzlov and technical documentation with specs and layer structures for production drawings before. Are the title blocks already scaled per sheet, or should I derive scale from a stated dimension on each sketch?
