I need clean, construction-ready 2D drawings in AutoCAD for a residential project that is already sketched out by hand. The scope covers two specific deliverables: • Fully dimensioned floor plans for each level • Matching exterior elevation plans showing materials and heights You may work in any recent AutoCAD version so long as the final files are delivered in .dwg and .pdf formats. Accuracy to my sketches and local building standards is essential; layers, line-weights, and annotation styles should be organised so my builder can read them without extra clarification. When you apply, please attach examples of past residential work—ideally floor and elevation sets—so I can gauge your detailing style and turnaround speed. No lengthy proposals are necessary; strong, relevant portfolio sheets will speak for themselves. I am ready to move forward as soon as I find the right fit and can answer any clarifying questions quickly.
