I need several sheet-metal parts converted from basic sketches and reference STEP files into production-ready data in Siemens NX—fast. The end goal is manufacturing, so every model must regenerate cleanly, unfold correctly and include a matching 2D drawing that my shop can pick up without questions. Here’s what the finished package must contain: • Parametric NX part (and small assembly, when required) files with correct bend tables, reliefs and K-factors • Flat-patterns verified for laser cutting and brake forming • Fully dimensioned manufacturing drawings with complete GD&T per ASME Y14.5, material/finish notes and critical call-outs • A simple BOM export that slots straight into Teamcenter, ready for release or future ECN/ECR updates I’ll provide the functional requirements and tolerance limits up front; you return native NX files, STEP for reference, and PDF drawings. First article is needed ASAP—ideally within a few days—so let me know your quickest realistic turnaround. Deliverables will be accepted once the stack-up meets the limits I supply and the PDFs pass my supplier’s shop-floor check.
