This is to hire a person or a team expert in designing characters and creating animations for children. It's a series of animations for nursary rhymes in a language other than English (in Persian), and as a result, past experience in working on series for children and foreign language is highly preferred.
At least 5 characters are required to start with. All source files for characters and animations must be transferred.
While storyline for each episode and the translation for the songs will be provided, the expectation is for the person/team to propose innovative and creative story and scenes.
No preference between 2D or 3D.
Only bids that address these requirements and provide samples will be reviewed. Please quote per character and also per minute of animation considering the longterm commitment.
