cartoon video

I am looking for an experienced animator to create a cartoon video that will last between 1-5 minutes, targeted towards an adult audience. The video should be created in 3D Animation style. Theme:

I wish to make a video of cartoons looking like family members who barrack for Carlton chasing the AFL football cup since 1996 to the music of Benny Hill.

I would like to time lapse through each year with the teams that did win the cup that year, then adding in new family members born chasing the cup.

I have an idea for specific years - so would possibly be good to have phone conversation as well for further clarification.
