Great Room Photorealistic 3D Rendering

I’m looking for photorealistic, full-colour renderings of my open-plan great room—which combines the kitchen, dining, and living zones—built exclusively in 3d Max with V-Ray. No AI tools, please. Develop 3D stick model and fill in one wall elevation with full color materials. Develop up to 12 variations of materials, color, and forms. Future phases will be additional elevations and variations You will receive my PDF 2D CAD drawings, finish schedule, and material references. The aesthetic I want is traditional with a modern flair, and I expect high detail right down to accessories, realistic lighting, and true-to-life textures. Process & scope • Create the scene, share a clay or low-res test for camera confirmation, then deliver one high-res hero render for approval. • After sign-off, produce up to twelve colour or material variations from the same camera angle(s). Typical tweaks might be cabinet stain, wall paint, soft-furnishing fabrics, or accent décor. • Keep layers, materials, and proxies well-organised so I can archive the native 3ds Max file. Final hand-off must include: 1. The approved hero render at 4K (or higher if your workflow allows). 2. Up to 12 finished variations at the same resolution. 3. The native .max file with linked textures and V-Ray settings. Acceptance criteria: lighting is noise-free, materials match the schedule, and overall realism equals or exceeds your portfolio level.
