programer needed to make a game

I'm looking for a talented programmer to develop a game for a mobile platform. The desired style of the game is 2D, and it will take more than a month to complete.

The right candidate needs to possess strong technical knowledge and experience with developing mobile games in this style. Moreover, they must possess strong skills in programming, animation, 3D modelling, and other necessary aspects.

We want an innovative team who can work on a collaborative development in tight deadlines. Creativity and being able to work on a high level of detail are important too. An understanding of game design is also necessary.
