Realistic 3D Seal Explainer Video

I need a 60-second realistic 3D explainer video. The first 10 seconds should feature a house rotating slowly, explaining the longevity of the seals affecting the upper surface, focusing on material composition. There should be a realistic residential suburban setting of a colonial, rancher, or cape cod type of house that is on a crawl space. The scene will have 3D structural flashings of blue lines that emphasis the seals created by roofs, walls, windows, and doors. [flashing blue lines] or green even. Read the script attached that I have developed that will help depict what is needed. The remaining 50 seconds should introduce the 'next evolutionary seal for the residential structure' with close-up views and labels. After highlighting the problems in the crawl space such as 1) groundwater intrusions from rainbombs or small or minor tidal floods, 2) mold colonization on the timbers such as joist or girders & plywood, 3) sagging joist from moist wood, 4) vermin intrusions, such as rats or evidence thereof by rodent droppings, 5) sagging or fallen insulation from moisture damages, 6) rotted wood from moisture damage such a wood fungus that shows the 'rooting' or 'veining' of it, 7) termite trails into the fibers of the joist or girders The focus should be upon the floats that lift the poly. Will need explanations & revisions to better understand but a good 20 or 30 minutes looking at my sites will help one better understand what is needed to be able to communicate what is desired. Ideal skills and experience: - 3D modeling and animation - Experience with realistic rendering - Ability to create informative close-up views with labels - Strong understanding of material properties and longevity - AI video rendering (open to old school approach pending price) - not needing audio just video representation of our float system - video should look realistic not like a 3D 'simulation' from 2000 - ok with typing wording affect - ability to demonstrate fluid dynamics under plastic that shows water pushing up on it if it was floating ' - need someone that has blueprint / architectural mindset that can understand simple construction 3D modeling or understanding on how to create a scene that demonstrates the rising of the plastic under a house in a crawl space - be able to look at pictures of examples of installations to make judgements on dimensions & standard building materials such as piers, girders and the such - be able to 'animate' a house in a minor flooding situation where minimal flood water or groundwater intrusions are encroaching upon the crawl space - illustrate the moisture barrier, highlighting the 'novel & patented' floats that make our system work along with the installation techniques that allow for the system to work - be able to make multiple revisions that will accommodate vision of replication of application of our float system highlighting 5 or 6 major float components Please respond w/ list of qualifying factors including enthusiasm, time needed to complete & cost of project Thank you Paul
