The main thing is getting the PBR textures to read realistically in close-up shots, so I'll model the scene in Blender using the plans and sketches you supply and focus on that material detail. I'll use Quixel Megascans for the textures, they are PBR and they look real. For lighting, I will set up balanced daylight and artificial lighting in cycles to sell the mood of the space and get that believable lighting and reflections. The failure here is usually in the lighting setup, people often make it too flat and forget how light actually behaves in a real space so it does not happen I will use an HDRI for the environment lighting and also add specific point and area lights to mimic real-world light sources. This ensures each surface gets the proper falloff and bounce. I am Preferred Freelancer here, 5.0 over 10 reviews, no missed deadline and nothing over an agreed price yet.
