I am in the detail-design phase of a new aircraft and need focused help finishing three intertwined tasks: CAD modeling of the airframe, disciplined material selection, and verification through structural analysis. The high-level geometry, aerodynamic data, and load cases are already defined; what remains is turning those inputs into production-ready 3D models and substantiating every spar, skin, and joint. Here is how the work will flow: • CAD modeling – Clean, parametric 3D models of the wing, fuselage, control surfaces, and primary subsystems, ready for downstream manufacturing drawings. Native files in SolidWorks, CATIA, or Siemens NX plus neutral STEP outputs are required. • Material selection – A trade study covering candidate alloys and composites, with justification based on strength-to-weight, cost, availability, and manufacturability. Deliver a concise report and an annotated bill of materials. • Structural analysis – Finite-element simulations (static, fatigue, buckling) using ANSYS, Nastran, or a comparable solver to verify that selected materials and geometries meet the defined limit and ultimate loads. Provide models, boundary-condition screenshots, and a summary of safety margins. I will supply existing surface models, load envelopes, and regulatory references. Expect a few design-review iterations; short progress calls and shared access to a version-controlled repository keep everything synchronized. Final acceptance is native CAD files, analysis decks, and a brief design report that ties the three work streams together so the aircraft can move straight into drawing release and manufacturing planning.
