I need detailed SolidWorks models of an aluminum framework that will ultimately serve a structural purpose. The concept is already sketched; what’s missing are precise, fully-defined 3D parts and an assembly that reflect real-world aluminum profiles, connection plates, and fasteners so I can run structural checks and move straight into fabrication. Please build the model parametrically so I can adjust profile sizes and overall dimensions without rebuilding everything. Standard aluminum extrusion libraries are fine if they speed things up, but custom profiles must match the dimensions I supply.
