For potential 3D printing, which process/material (SLA/SLS/FDM) do you plan, and do you prefer a single solid shell or a two-part housing with separate buttons/trays for realistic assembly and finishes? Model as a fully parametric BREP with G2 continuity for clean highlights; export a master STEP (for future edits) and two STL variants: high-res for rendering and watertight print-ready with controlled wall thickness and fillets. Create separate bodies for antenna bands, camera glass/lenses, buttons, logo inset, and speaker perforations (patterned) to allow accurate materials in renders and optional multi-material printing, with 0.2–0.4 mm clearances.
