This project calls for precise, production-ready CAD models that embody a classic aesthetic. I need high-quality 3D files suitable for direct manufacturing, covering any combination of pendant layouts, ring concepts, stone-setting arrangements, or the correction of existing models. All work must be built in a workflow compatible with Rhino and ZBrush so I can move straight into prototyping without extra cleanup. STL files should arrive watertight, accurately toleranced for casting, and neatly organised by part and size variant. Acceptance criteria • Native Rhino (3dm) and ZTL / OBJ working files, plus final STL for each piece • Gem seats, prong geometry and wall thicknesses checked against standard production tolerances • Surfaces free of non-manifold edges and self-intersections • Turnaround fast enough for weekly production cycles When you reply, focus on your relevant experience working in Rhino or ZBrush for jewellery, especially any classic-style pieces you have guided into successful manufacture.
