Custom 3D Printed Threaded Tube with Nut

I need design file and possibly physical 3d Prints of a 3D printed tube that is threaded on the inside and the outside, and has a threaded nut with a circular flange that fits the tube's exterior threads The tube would be 5 inches long and the inner diameter of the tube approximately 1 inch. The outer diameter would be whatever thickness is required to account for the interior and exterior threads, but not extra thick due to space limitations. The tube and nut would not be load bearing beyond just holding the tube in place against a countertop soap dispenser pump. The threads would run the full length of the interior and exterior. If you are located in San Diego, I can bring in the soap dispenser attachment with the threads that I need the interior of the 3D printed tube to thread onto, for you to measure or fit known thread templates, my measurements of the threads that need to screw into the interior of the new 3D printed tube are: New 3D Tube interior threads need to thread onto existing tube: OD to peak of threads = 24.75mm OD to trough of threads = 23.35mm Thread distance (~pitch) peak to peak 2.0mm Threads for the exterior of the tube and exterior nut can be whatever thread pitch works and or the most common pitch for that diameter size of exterior tube diameter. The threaded circular nut can be around 15mm 0.6 inch tall and the lip of the circular flange extending out 5mm around the circumference of the threaded portion of the nut, with 4 or 6 grip ridges extending out along the flange from the center threaded portion of the nut. What would the cost be for additional physical sets of the 2-piece tube and nut?
