We are in the process of making a Helmet mounted RF based communication module. Currently PCB design is in progress. we need a rugged product for which we are looking for a product designer Current status: What we have : 1. RF module, list of components are mentioned below i. K-type female jacks ii. C- type charging port iii. Buttons on PCB (all buttons will not be used) 1. Power 2. Vox to PTT 3. PTT 4. Volume increase decrease - 2 buttons 5. Channel increase decrease - 2 buttons iv. Antenna connector v. Batter connector vi. Lights - 2 Led Requirement: End to end solution with regards to design. This will be design centric project with, where PCB will be designed first basis the product design. The product designer team will suggest the placement of components(buttons, battery connectors etc.) basis which we will make the PCB. suggestions for battery connector and placement are welcomed Brief : 1. Design principle :- a. Water/rain/splash proof b. Fire resistant c. Stress proof and wear resistant d. Mountable Clip for helmet integration 2. List of sample design are referred by bluetooth intercom helmet integrated head set 3. Buttons should be glove friendly(prominent in size) 4. Existing battery setup for walki talki can be referred, 5. Battery removable and chargeable 6. No screen required 7. Reference design: (all the design are water resistant ) a.
