I have a residential project that calls for a sleek, metal floating staircase rendered in a distinctly modern style. I already know the general rise, run, and overall envelope; what I need from you is a complete set of accurate AutoCAD drawings that turn those rough dimensions into a build-ready design. Key points you must capture: • The structure is entirely metal, so every tread, stringer (or concealed support), bracket, and fixing detail should reflect that material choice. • Handrails are required and must integrate cleanly with the floating aesthetic—no bulky posts or visual clutter. • I am not looking for integrated lighting or special non-slip treatments at this stage; focus all effort on geometry, joinery, and support details that keep the staircase light and unobtrusive. Deliverables 1. Layered DWG files (AutoCAD 2018 or later) showing plan, elevations, sections, and key details at buildable scales. 2. A print-ready PDF set for my fabricator. 3. A brief notes sheet that lists materials, profiles, and any assumptions you made. I will supply my sketch with dimensions immediately after we start; please return a first draft for review, then incorporate any mark-ups into the final package.
