I already have a set of tube models saved as IGES. What I need is a clean, production-ready nest that fits every part into a single 6 m stock length ready for laser cutting. The tubes will be cut from steel, anywhere between 2 mm and 8 mm wall thickness, and I want them arranged horizontally in the nest. Please preserve all part numbers and any hole geometry exactly as supplied. Deliverable: one optimised file (IGES, STEP or DXF—whichever retains accuracy best) showing the full 6 m layout, plus a simple cut list indicating start-end positions and remaining scrap, if any. The result should be ready to hand straight to the laser operator with no further tweaking.
