I have approximately 140 mechanical component drawings available only as PDF files that need to be converted into accurate, fully defined 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings. The work is entirely mechanical; there are no architectural or electrical components involved. Before the drawing package is released, the successful bidder will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and an Intellectual Property (IP) Agreement. All drawings, CAD models, and associated deliverables produced under this project will become the property of the client. Each part must be modeled to match the dimensions, tolerances, threads, hole specifications, and all other design details shown on the original drawings. Unless otherwise instructed, the geometry should faithfully reproduce the original design. The only anticipated design change may be the selection of a more appropriate material where required. The resulting CAD models must be suitable for future engineering work, including design modifications, assembly modeling, manufacturing, and finite element analysis. Accuracy is critical. Deliverables for each part should include: Native parametric CAD model files that are fully compatible with Creo (preferred). If another CAD system is used, please specify which one and describe the level of compatibility that can be achieved with Creo. STEP AP242 files for interoperability. Native 2D drawing files. PDF copies of the completed drawings. Any associated assembly files where applicable. The CAD models should preserve as much engineering information as possible, including features, dimensions, tolerances, material specifications, and assembly relationships where applicable.
