Project Title: Dental CAD SaaS Platform Project Overview: We are looking for senior Web and 3D graphics developers to build a Web-based Dental CAD interface. We already have backend AI algorithms for automatic segmentation and generation. Your role is to build the frontend 3D editor and the backend logic to allow users to visualize, edit, and export dental restorations. Reference Product: DentBird, 3Shape Design Studio. Core Tech Stack: Frontend 3D Engine: [login to view URL] (Preferred) or Three.js. Geometry Core: Familiar with geometry processing. Support further extension. Workflow: 1. SaaS interface 1.1. Login and Simple case management dashboard. 1.2. Create new order to upload Upper/Lower jaw scans 2. 3D Viewer & Margin Line Editor (Critical): 3.1. Receive margin line from our AI API or draw margin line manually. 3.2. Allow users to drag points, in order to modify margin line (realtime). Note: Magnetic Snapping. Points must stick strictly to the mesh surface.(Raycasting/Projecting logic required). 3. Apply our AI API to generate restoration, and visualize the file. 4. Heatmaps. Real-time visualization of distance fields (SDF) for Occlusion and Proximal contact (Color coding for different threshold) 4. Sculpting Tools: Brushes to Add/Remove/Smooth mesh surfaces. 5. Export final mesh to stl/ply/obj file.
