I think we should. - Lock a simple layer, naming, and dimension standard on day one to avoid rework and confusion. - Fix appliance/fixture specs early so MEP rough‑ins, clearances, and ventilation are correct first time. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) I capture existing conditions (walls, openings, ceiling heights, utilities) and build an accurate base model. 2) I draft 2–3 layout options for kitchen, bathroom, and living; we decide quickly with notes to reduce back‑and‑forth. 3) I produce detailed plans, RCP, elevations, sections, tile layouts, and precise MEP points; I run a quick clash check. 4) I package clean DWG + PDF sheets with legends, schedules, and a simple revision log—so the contractor has zero guesswork.
