Hi idrismohdnazrol, Just last week I completed a similar task successfully, so I can get started on this without any ramp-up time. - What upstream data will you provide (package hardpoints, master sections, airbag/HVAC modules, display sizes, material/grain, gap/flush targets), and what deliverables do you prefer (.wire, IGES/STEP, curvature/draft reports)? - Are part breakups, parting lines, and draft targets predefined (e.g., PAB tear seam strategy, cluster hood limits, min radii/wall), or should I propose a tool-friendly split and shutoff layout? - Establish master sections and highlight control curves up front to lock the theme; enforce G2/G3 continuity on all primary sight areas with zebra/comb audits to preserve Class‑A quality. - Run DFM early and continuously: live draft-by-axis checks, thickness targets, coring for sinks, and undercut resolution, so tooling changes don’t erode aesthetics late. Action Plan: 1) Discovery: review inputs, define targets, risks, deliverables. 2) Concept surfacing: low‑CV primaries, highlight study, quick iterations. 3) A‑Class build: refine topology, G2/G3, edge blends tuned for grain and optics. 4) DFM/tooling: draft, split/shutoffs, thickness and reliefs; airbag seam feasibility. 5) Validation: package/interference checks, gap/flush, render snapshots. 6) Handover: final .wire + IGES/STEP, continuity/draft reports, change log.
