Bambu A1 Fast PETG Profiles

I need two dialed-in slicing profiles for my Bambu Labs A1 running Bambu Studio: one tuned for a 0.4 mm nozzle, the other for a 0.8 mm nozzle. Both must push speed as far as the machine and PETG will reasonably allow while still yielding strong, dimensionally accurate functional parts—surface cosmetics come second to throughput and durability. What I expect from you • A ready-to-import .json (or Bambu Studio-native) profile for each nozzle size, clearly labelled. • The key speed-related parameters—layer height, line width, accel, flow rates, cooling strategy—optimised for PETG so I can hit quick turnaround on production runs. • Brief notes explaining any machine or filament prep steps needed to achieve the claimed speeds (e.g., bed temp tweaks, enclosure use, filament drying). • A small calibration model sliced with each profile that shows intended wall quality and dimensional accuracy; include target print time so I can benchmark. Acceptance criteria • First print on my A1 completes without extrusion or adhesion faults. • Tensile features (tabs, clips, screw bosses) tolerate normal assembly forces comparable to my current “standard” PETG profile while cutting overall print time noticeably. • Dimensions on a 40 mm × 40 mm × 10 mm test block stay within ±0.15 mm.
