What filament will you use (PLA/PETG/ASA) so I can set tolerances? 2) What shelf envelope do I have (W x D x H) and how much front/back cable space is required—esp. for SFPs and power—plus any side against a wall? Suggestion 1: Use vented, ribbed (lattice) trays and a 50 mm standoff base to create a front‑to‑back chimney; print core parts in PETG/ASA with small TPU pads for grip and heat resilience around the PoE switch. Suggestion 2: Make it fully modular—three‑piece trays (left/right/center) joined by dovetails and printed wedges, plus two‑part corner posts with keyed sockets—so the 235 mm switch fits a 220 mm bed and you can expand later.
