Ready to start immediately. 1) Which manufacturing process will be used (LSR injection, compression, or extrusion + overmold), and what Shore A durometer and target mold shrink should I design to? 2) For the oval disk, please confirm geometry: major/minor axes and overall length, 3.5 mm thickness at both wide and narrow ends, required edge radii, and how the 2.5 mm cord interfaces (through-hole, tenon, or continuous overmold)? Implement a mold-ready, parameterized model with 1–2° draft on non-functional faces, 0.3–0.5 mm external fillets, generous blends, and material-specific shrink so final parts hit the 18 cm and diameter targets. Deliver a DFM package: STEP/IGES master, STL for print checks, 2D drawings with CTQs and tolerances, plus proposed parting line and gate/vent pads to reduce knit lines and flash.
