I would start by calibrating your scanned plans to scale in SketchUp, model the architectural volumes as nested groups and components, apply simple textures and materials, and place vegetation and terraces as components for easy edits. I use SketchUp Pro with organized tags and saved scenes, and I can provide quick PNG or PDF scene exports for validation.
