I’m ready to see my open-plan living–dining room brought to life in a clean, modern style. Think warm neutral tones anchored by sleek lines and balanced proportions. The render needs to capture the full furniture layout, statement lighting, and tasteful wall décor so I can gauge both flow and ambiance before committing to purchases. You may work in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or any engine that delivers photorealistic quality; just be sure the final images are clear enough for client presentations and print. I’ll share rough measurements and reference photos as soon as we start. Deliverables • High-resolution stills from at least two angles of the combined space • One layered source file so I can tweak finishes later • Optional: a quick 360° or walkthrough if your workflow already supports it I’ll sign off once the proportions match my floor plan, the colour palette stays within the neutral range, and the furniture, lighting, and art feel coherently modern.
