Overpass Animation Renovation

As I explained in detail above, I would like you to create an animation for the overpass renovation project. I am attaching the first and last images here as examples. I request that you complete this within 1 hour. I've included the initial and final versions. The overpass initially lacked elevators and escalators. Elevators and escalators were added during the modernization. !!!
