Videogame studio looking to expand/accelerate its 3D worldbuilding workflow. We're looking for entry-level help in standardizing our 3D asset library to fit the style and requirements of our level designers in different ways: 1. Many of our assets are using independent textures/materials rather than our unified material library. Replacing the materials is usually not straightforward as the UVs require fixing. 2. Their geometric proportions may not exactly fit our worldbuilding needs. We may want to modify meshes, add details, and change UVs accordingly. 3. Other minor matters such as changing the pivot, normal faces, unit conversion settings, removal of unwanted LODs, etc. 4. Sometimes, it may be easier to just re-create the asset using the original as reference. Texturing is not required in general. We have our own material library. We work primarily with Blender and Unity. You may use your own tool granted that it is compatible with our Blender workflow. 1. Signing of a contract will be needed. 2. Our team likes to communicate via Discord. 3. For hourly time tracking, we have a preference for Monitask. 4. A short test (fixing a small decoration) may be requested to show you some of our typical tasks.
