I want: • realistic wheel proportions • realistic tire sidewall flex and collapse • clear bead locations • visible wheel flanges and center drop well • believable deformation under load • clean background, with the tire and wheel as the focus • arrows only where needed, minimal but clear • each panel labeled cleanly The tire should look like a real mounted tire under vehicle load, not floating in space. The sequence should show the wheel/tire relationship clearly enough that someone can immediately understand how the bead can come off an unprotected wheel and why the safety band prevents that. Important mechanical point The most important thing to show accurately is this: In the unprotected wheel, once air is lost, the tire collapses, the wheel drops into the casing, one bead can migrate into the drop center, and that creates slack that allows the opposite bead to climb over the outer flange and de-bead. In the protected wheel, the safety band occupies the drop center area enough to keep the inner bead from falling into the well, which greatly reduces the chance of the opposite bead coming off the outer flange. So the key visual idea is: drop-center access = de-beading risk blocked drop-center = bead retention I need two sequences Sequence A: Wheel without safety band This sequence should show the tire progressively losing retention on the wheel. Panel 1 – Normal inflated mounted tire Show a properly inflated tire mounted on a wheel. The beads are fully seated on both sides. The tire sidewalls look normal and the tread is centered under load. This is the baseline panel. Panel 2 – Air loss begins Show the tire losing air and beginning to deflect under the weight of the vehicle. The lower sidewall starts to compress and buckle. The wheel begins dropping farther down into the tire casing. The beads are still mostly in place, but the tire is no longer supporting the wheel correctly. Panel 3 – Wheel sinks deeper into the collapsed casing Show the lower portion of the tire flattening harder against the road. The wheel is now visually lower inside the tire. One bead begins to lose support and move inward toward the drop center. This panel should make it clear that the tire is collapsing because the air cushion is gone. Panel 4 – One bead enters the drop center / well This is a key panel. Show one bead slipping inward into the wheel’s center well. The wheel and tire should now look visibly unstable. The bead movement should look like a believable result of collapse and geometry, not like the tire is simply peeling off all at once. Panel 5 – Opposite bead starts to climb over outer flange Because one bead has dropped into the well, the opposite side now has enough slack to move upward and outward. Show the opposite bead beginning to roll or pop over the outer flange. This is the start of full de-beading. Panel 6 – Tire substantially off the wheel Show the tire no longer retained correctly. One side is off the flange and the casing is displaced relative to the wheel. This should look like a dangerous loss of bead retention caused by air loss and wheel drop into the casing. ⸻ Sequence B: Wheel with safety band installed in drop center This sequence should show the same kind of air-loss event, but this time the center safety band prevents the bead from dropping into the well. Panel 1 – Normal inflated mounted tire with safety band inside wheel Show the same tire and wheel, but now with the safety band installed in the wheel’s drop center. The band should be visible enough to understand its location, but it should still look integrated into the wheel, not oversized or cartoonish. The tire beads are properly seated. Panel 2 – Air loss begins Show the tire beginning to deflect under load, similar to the unprotected version. The lower sidewall compresses and the wheel settles deeper into the casing. The difference is that the band is now occupying the drop center area. Panel 3 – Tire collapses under load but bead movement is limited Show the wheel sinking into the collapsed tire, but the inner bead cannot move down into the drop center because the safety band blocks that path. The panel should visually communicate that the band is reducing the space the bead would normally move into. Panel 4 – Bead held out of the drop well This is the key protected panel. Show that even under severe deflection, the bead is prevented from dropping into the center well. Because the bead cannot migrate inward, the opposite bead remains much more constrained on its flange. Panel 5 – Outer bead remains retained Show that although the tire is flat or badly deflected, the opposite bead is still not able to climb off the outer flange the way it did in the unprotected sequence. The tire may be deformed, but it is still retained on the wheel. Panel 6 – Flat tire remains on wheel because de-beading is prevented or greatly reduced Show the final realistic result: the tire is deflated and badly compressed, but still retained on the rim because the safety band prevented the bead from dropping into the well and creating the slack needed for the tire to come off. ⸻ Technical notes for realism Please make sure the artwork reflects these details: • The drop center / center well of the wheel must be clearly visible. • The beads should look like real tire beads seated against bead seats/flanges. • The wheel does not simply peel out of the tire in one smooth diagonal motion. The correct sequence is collapse, bead migration into the well, then opposite bead climbing the flange. • The tire should show realistic sidewall buckling and carcass distortion when deflated under load. • The protected version should not look “magical” or perfectly rigid. The tire can still deform heavily. The difference is that the band blocks bead migration into the drop center. • The illustration should make it visually obvious that the band’s job is not to keep the tire pretty — it is to reduce de-beading by occupying the drop-center space.
