I'm in need of an experienced land planner to assist in the development of a CONCEPT SITE PLAN for an affordable modular apartment complex of 32 units. With color site plan and landscaping for conceptual models. A complete plan will include pervious and impervious ratios, parking, landscape and walk path. The rear setback off the marsh is 20', the left side setback is 15' and the front setback is 30' from the road The building cannot exceed 45' in height. The unit mix is (4) 3 bedroom, (16) 2 bedroom and (12) 1 bedroom units. The modular boxes must stack on top of eachother and be no more that 12'-6" wide. The number of mod boxes does not matter at this time however we must work in these parameters for the foot print to be established Your expertise will be invaluable in helping to: - Strategically map out the layout of the apartment complex, ensuring optimal use of space. - Consider a dock into the wetlands - Plan for sustainable and environmentally friendly practices in line with affordable housing principles. Ideal candidates for this project will have a strong background in land planning and residential development, particularly in the realm of affordable housing. Site plans are attached in CAD and PDF
